Happy belated Valentine's Day, friends! Kicking things off with some big news!
Be on the lookout for my everything bagel design at Trader Joe's! I haven't spotted in yet, so drop me a line if you see it in the wild this year. This opportunity had me literally jumping for joy and was a huge highlight of 2025 (and my whole art career!) so I'm very excited to finally share this news.
A little backstory: I have been submitting greeting card designs to this absolute dream client since 2017. There were MANY submissions that didn't make the cut in the lead-up to this win, and it was a big lesson in patience and persistence for me.
Art licensing is truly a long game, but I'm so glad I've stuck with it. During those 8 years, I was able to develop my illustration skills, learn more about the art licensing industry and build my own line of stationery and gifts along the way. I'm excited to continue working on this side of my illustration business and hope it's the first of many opportunities to come with this awesome client!
